The thing is, breasts, they are very hard to conceal, ask any transgender man. A penis, a real nuisance in a swimsuit. But for me, it was the simple fact that in a bathtub, naked, there is no trick to make it not there. And that is the basis of my GRS. It wasn't welcome in MY life. I didn't do it to keep it from others in the lady's restroom or lady's change room. Happiest day of my life was the day it was not in my life. Fully dressed, I am just fine outside of my home. But I'm a 62 year old woman, that seems to look 40 to everyone (no complaints). I haven't 'needed' to compete with a 20 something for 40 something years. Appearance is a young woman's hell.

You absolutely can and do shrink on estrogen; fat is redistributed just as muscle is, and the changnig mix of tissues and tendons. You have wideish hips because you transitioned before your hips were 'fused'. Check out Mathilda Hoberg, she transitioned young also, *her skeleton followed instructions from an estrogen-dominant system on how to grow*, and she had time. Hip tilt changes always. Buut what if you medically transition past 25? It all happens, it just takes longer. Bone takes ages to repair and grow (just ask: my broken right hip 🫠). Fat redistribution does the rest 🏳‍⚧✨

Definitely very inappropriate on the part of yur manager! Like ALL of it! Especially if he's LGBTQ himself! And to then want to create another situation with you in the middle while he explains to yur coworkers about how they needed to be more inclusive or respectful to you personally!.. wth!
